CNHI, LLC has promoted Greg Maibach to senior vice president, chief revenue officer, and Terrence Alexander to senior vice president for human resources, the company has announced.

Donna Barrett, CNHI's president and CEO, said the promotions are in line with superior performance by Maibach and Alexander, and will strengthen the company's senior management team.

Maibach joined CNHI nearly a year ago as senior vice president for digital revenue, following several years in similar roles with other digital companies, including Advance Digital, a subsidiary of Advance Publications. He also served as director of classified advertising for Cleveland.com, the digital arm of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, and as retail advertising director for the Akron Beacon Journal under Knight-Ridder ownership.

He will be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of revenue operations across CNHI, said Barrett.

Alexander, who has more than 20 years of HR experience, joined CNHI five years ago, first as a human resources manager and then as the director of human resources. He previously worked for Alfa Insurance.

In addition to customary HR responsibility, Barrett said Alexander will help develop company strategy and assist in organizational change.

"Both Greg and Terrence have the experience and creative abilities to help move CNHI forward in the digital age," said Barrett.
